Dear Experts

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for "peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future". At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SDG 3 is to “ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all and at all ages”. Are the UN and WHO approaches consistent with maintaining well-being, or is it increasing the number of people suffering?

The Lancet journal published the work of a group of experts from the University of Washington that considered scenarios for the birth rate, death rate, migration, and population of 195 countries from 2017 to 2100. By 2100 twenty-three countries are predicted to have a more than 50% population decline. In China, by 48%. The results show that countries with below-replacement fertility rates will retain a working-age population through migration, and only they will live well. Total fertility rates below replacement levels in many countries, including China and India, will have economic, social, environmental, and geopolitical implications. The processes of population aging and the increase in the proportion of pensioners will lead to a decrease in economic growth and investment, as well as the collapse of the pension system, health insurance, and social security [1]. One crucial thing that the authors did not consider is the catastrophic growth of the LGBT population, which reaches 20,8% among young in the United States [2]. Overall, one in four US students is not heterosexual, according to the CDC's annual report.

~40% of schoolgirls entering the reproductive period do not consider themselves heterosexual!

It can be assumed that the predicted demographic problems will come much earlier, catching the international community by surprise. The growing LGBT population in tolerant countries has seen increased STIs, risky sexual behavior, drug use, and low birth rates. These contradicts plans to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages (SDG 3).

In order to make some sense of it, it is necessary to understand the plans and methods of the global elites in reducing the birth rate on the planet. The mouthpieces of the globalists—the Club of Rome [3], Project Syndicate [4]—openly declare the necessity for an immediate reduction of the world's population. Governments, politicians, and public figures follow neo-Malthusian scientists' recommendations [5]. People who dare to speak out against this political agenda are subjected to aggressive attacks by LGBT activists [6] and even criminal prosecution by state authorities [7]. The propaganda of homosexuality, abortion, and gender theory (transgenderism) is carried out on a global scale, including through the UN and WHO. “Promoting LGBTQ rights on the international stage” has been declared a foreign policy priority by the United States, Germany, and other countries. Psychiatry has become the servant of its political masters. Under the pretext of protecting the rights of gays and lesbians, their rights to eliminate an unwanted homosexual lifestyle—fraught with mental and physical problems—are being violated. For political and financial reasons, they are trying to ban reparative therapy since any possibility of avoiding homosexuality is contrary to the interests of those who finance LGBT propaganda to reduce the birth rate and create a political electorate that agrees with such population policies.

British Medical Journal (BMJ) editor Imre Loefler wrote in his column: “The survival value of homosexuality for the human species is to be found in its effect on population growth. Anyone worried about environmental degradation caused by the growth of the human population should promote homosexuality” [5]. It is not known if Mr. Loefler was aware of the spread of infections, including those causing infertility, psychiatric disorders[8], and fecal incontinence[9] in this cohort. No significant changes over time have occurred in the pattern of health disparities among LGBT [8]. Despite the growing tolerance of society towards the ideas of the LGBT movement, alcohol consumption [10], suicide attempts [11,12], and self-harm [13] do not decrease among its adherents compared to people who do not identify themselves as LGBTQ+. These findings suggest that changes in the social environment had a limited impact on stress processes and mental health for sexual minority people [14].

Currently, the information space is dominated by the destructive and anti-scientific point of view of the radical political movement known as “LGBTQ+”, according to which homosexuality and transsexuality are innate, immutable, and normal (or even preferred) conditions [6] . Promoting this point of view, fueled by transnational corporations, leads to the involvement of unsuspecting citizens in a destructive lifestyle fraught with the most severe consequences for their health and well-being. The scientific community is increasingly turning away from the scientific method in order to conform to the liberal ideology that puts pressure on scientists and censors inconvenient opinions.

To achieve Sustainable Development Goals, instead of promoting and encouraging homosexuality, recommended by demographers as one of the methods for reducing the population [15], measures should be developed to reduce the LGBT population suffering from poor health.

It is necessary to revive known and develop new methods of psychological treatment and prevention [16,17] of homosexuality and transgender identification. It is necessary to limit the demonstration and encouragement of homosexual relationships in cinema and the media.

Likewise, it is necessary to protect the rights of homosexuals to receive treatment for unwanted same-sex attractions and behaviors and protect them from political exploitation as a cheap opposition.

Equating same-sex relationships with different-sex relationships is a civilizational mistake based on the ideas of neo-Malthusians, LGBT activists [18], and politicians. Due to LGBT propaganda in kindergartens and schools, the population of children prone to mental and somatic diseases increased. They are less likely to start families, which, according to recent data, will be less stable [19]. LGBT people are less likely to have children, increasing the burden on the pension and medical systems in the coming years. These contradicts plans to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages (SDG 3).

Dear experts,

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all Member States of the United Nations in 2015, is a common plan of action for “peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and in the future”. It is based on 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs).

However, the authors did not take into account the catastrophic growth of the LGBT population, which in the United States reaches 20,8% among young people [2]. Overall, one in four US students is not heterosexual, as shown by Annual report Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC.

~40% of schoolgirls entering the reproductive period do not consider themselves heterosexual!

It can be assumed that the predicted demographic problems will come much earlier, catching the international community by surprise. Growing LGBT populations in tolerant countries are experiencing low fertility, an increase in STIs, risky sexual behavior and drug use, which runs counter to plans for a healthy life and well-being for all at all ages (SDG 3).

The Science for Truth group sent a report to the UN Human Rights Council

Topic: Protection of the rights of LGBT and the rest of the population

Universal Periodic Review (UPR) is a review of human rights information in all UN Member States. The UPR is part of the Human Rights Council.

Protection of the rights of LGBT and the rest of the population

The activities of LGBT activists and organizations are financed by foreign states that have declared Russia a geopolitical adversary. It is doubtful that these funds are directed to the benefit of the citizens of the Russian Federation and to protect the rights of homosexual people. Rather, it is the financing of the political opposition, which deceives its ranks with the help of LGBT propaganda that convinces prepubescent children that they are part of the LGBT community.

To retain people involved in the LGBT movement*, the activities of LGBT organizations are aimed at promoting unreliable and anti-scientific ideas that are dangerous to society and public health, such as the “normality” and “innateness” of homosexuality, the impossibility of avoiding the homosexual lifestyle or “sex change.” . Thus, the activities of LGBT organizations violate the rights of homosexual people to receive reliable information about the homosexual lifestyle.

LGBT organizations advocate the abolition of laws prohibiting the dissemination of anti-scientific information and LGBT propaganda. Thus, the LGBT movement* violates the rights of residents of the Russian Federation to protect children from misinformation harmful to their development.

Through their unethical activities, ties with foreign countries and anti-government statements, LGBT organizations cause a negative attitude in society towards all members of sexual minorities, which puts a burden on homosexual and transgender people who do not support both the ideology and the practice of the LGBT movement. This creates a negative image of sexual minorities who did not ask for such representation. In a social network, in the group of a foreign agent "Russian LGBT Network", lesbian Yulia Frolova spoke out about the provocation of the Pussy Riot group, which hung out pseudo-rainbow flags on the buildings of Russian departments: “I don’t understand what all these actions are for? Start a gender war? Why do our 'opposition' and 'activists' knowingly break the law? Why do our British, American "friends" fly flags on embassies? To annoy society? To make the degree of Nena even strongerwhist? I see how, over the years, the society itself around me becomes more tolerant ... ". Well-known TV presenter Anton Krasovsky (openly gay) spoke out against LGBT propaganda, gay pride parades, against gender madness and “sex reassignment”.

Recommendations

1. Ban in the Russian Federation the activities of the international political movement of LGBT activists, LGBT organizations and their symbols (the six-color flag and its variations).

2. Ensure freedom of speech for Russian scientists: the opportunity to express their scientific position without fear for their career and salary. The bonus part of the salary of scientists depends on the publication activity. Under conditions of "political correctness" and censorship, Westerne and Russian publications with a high impact factor do not publish works that run counter to the policy of depathologization of depopulation behavior (propaganda of homosexuality, transsexualism and other psychosexual deviations), which puts pressure on theirgood presentation of the scientific position.

3. Reconsider the level of cooperation with the UN and WHO and their funding in connection with activities that are contrary to the Constitution, Russian legislation and strategic goals for sustainable population growth in the Russian Federation. Bring engagement with the UN and WHO in line within line with the Foreign Policy Concept of the Russian Federation: resist the imposition of neoliberal ideological attitudes that contradict traditional spiritual and moral values.

4. Protect the rights of the traditional majority to protect children from LGBT propaganda. Tougher punishment for LGBT propaganda (dissemination of anti-scientific information formed by LGBT activists by scientists), up to a criminal one, at the same time ensure access toto provide reliable information about the homosexual lifestyle and its consequences for physical and mental health.

5. Protect the rights of LGBT people to receive treatment for unwanted same-sex attraction and behavior, gender dysphoria; protect sexual minorities from political exploitation as a cheap opposition.
